  • No expense spared restoration completed in Charleston, South Carolina
  • Purchased by Corvettes Reimagined in 2023 from a collection out of Cincinnati, Ohio
  • 6.2L/650 HP GM Gen-V LT4 supercharged V-8 engine
  • 10L80 10-speed automatic transmission
  • Power Wilwood disc brakes
  • Refinished in its original Marlboro Maroon paint by Tatted Cat Custom Creations
  • Black Italian leather interior with Red diamond stitching by Al Knoch of El Paso, Texas

1969 Corvette L88 Coupe

Sold For: $330,000

  • Numbers matching L88 427 CI V-8 aluminum-headed engine, M22 heavy duty 4-speed transmission and 4.11 Positraction rear end
  • Rated at 430 HP, but the actual horsepower was closer to 560 HP
  • Only 116 Corvette L88s were produced out of 38,762 Corvettes built for 1969
  • 34,498 actual miles
  • Extensive body-off restoration
  • This is a car that suffered a 9-week delay due to the UAW strike in 1969
  • Documented with the 1997 L88 registry, owner history, copy of old titles, correspondence, owner’s manual, sales brochure, and maintenance receipts
