Chevrolet launched the Corvette Centennial Edition to mark its 100th anniversary in 2012. This special package was available across the Corvette lineup but only came in Carbon Flash Metallic paint, paired with Satin Black graphics, Satin Black wheels, and red brake calipers.
The classic Corvette crossed flags also included 100 as part of the design. Inside, the Centennial Edition matched its bold exterior with a refined interior trimmed in ebony leather, accented with red stitching and microfiber suede inserts on the seats, steering wheel, and shift knob.
Currently listed for sale on Bring a Trailer is one of just 207 2012 Corvette ZR1 Centennial Edition models built for that year. This particular example has only 723 miles on the odometer and is one of only five equipped with the rare 19″ and 20″ machined-face Cup wheels.
Under the hood is a supercharged 6.2L LS9 V8 producing 638 horsepower paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The car comes fully loaded with features, including an AM/FM stereo, navigation, air conditioning, power-adjustable seats, power windows, mirrors, and locks, plus full instrumentation.
Additionally, it has been specified with the 3ZR Premium Equipment Group and the ZR1 High Performance Package. Notable equipment also includes a limited-slip differential, Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, xenon headlights, Bose audio, head-up display, heated seats, and Keyless Access.
