Filmed on a runway on Colorado, TFLclassics lined up a red 1999 C5 Corvette and green 1998 Camaro Z28 against each other which are both equipped with a 5.7-liter LS1 engine. However, the Camaro’s 5.7-liter LS1 engine was slightly detuned to produce 305 horsepower and 335 pound-feet of torque. The Corvette, on the other hand, makes 345 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. It should be interesting to see how this two GM cars measure up against each other in a series of drag races.
