The Chevrolet C8 Corvette Z06 GT3.R is a factory-developed, FIA-homologated GT3 race car derived from the road-going Z06. Built around an aluminum chassis, it uses motorsport-grade double-wishbone suspension and races globally on 18×12.5 front and 18×13 rear Forgeline SS1R-GT one-piece forged monoblock wheels.

Designed specifically for top-level IMSA and WEC GT3 competition, these center-lock wheels are CNC-machined from a single 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum forging and feature a split six-spoke layout with I-beamed spokes and an inset design to improve aerodynamics.

Power comes from a 5.5-liter DOHC LT6 V8 paired with a six-speed sequential gearbox, sharing the same flat-plane crankshaft architecture as the Corvette C8.R. Serving as a rolling test bed, the C8.R helped shape the powertrain and aerodynamic concepts that underpin the Z06 GT3.R, positioning it as a strong contender for customer racing teams worldwide.
