Gathering Product Feedback and Addressing Issues

General Motors’ 2020 C8 Corvette is a big deal, and that means it has put a lot of time, money, and effort into the design of the car. To make sure the company protects that investment, it is taking precautions to ensure it gathers product feedback and addresses any issues that pop up. According to reports on Mid-Engine Corvette Forum, there’s a Technical Assistance Center just for the Corvette C8.

This is just one of the ways that Chevrolet is ensuring its new mid-engine sports car is holding up to customer expectations. It’s also a way to Chevy to see what’s going wrong with its car in essentially real-time, so they can nip any serious issues in the bud.

The way the system works is like this. Any dealer issues with the C8 Corvette can be and are encouraged to be reported as a TAC Case. What that means is that the issue will be flagged and sent to a Corvette specialist. That specialist can then take a look and decide what to do.

This is a good bit of news for the owners of the new cars. The first couple of years for a new generation vehicle is often plagued by small issues, and Chevy is doing its utmost to ensure there are no serious issues that come up. Anything that does come up will likely be dealt with as soon as possible. This is a good move by Chevy and should be noted by consumers.
