Now offered on SBX Cars is a 1975 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is a stunning C3 restomod finished in custom Schwab Blue over a saddle leather interior with Tartan plaid cloth inserts. The car was built through a collaboration between Charles Schwab and County Corvette of West Chester, Pennsylvania as the grand prize for a 2024 Professional Golfers’ Association event.
Power comes from a fuel-injected LS3 6.2-liter V8 rated at 450 horsepower, paired with a 6L90 six-speed automatic transmission and a Dana 44 differential. Chassis upgrades include a Street Shop frame, QA1 adjustable coilovers, Wilwood four-wheel power disc brakes, and a stainless-steel dual exhaust with Borla mufflers.
The interior was completed by Elite Interiors and includes saddle leather bucket seats with Tartan plaid inserts, power windows, a center console, Lokar sport shifter, Dakota Digital gauges, a Nardi steering wheel, Vintage Air climate control, and an Alpine touchscreen audio system with Apple CarPlay and a backup camera.
The 1975 Stingray was fully reengineered, featuring a later-model front bumper, an 1980s-style rear bumper with an integrated spoiler, and a custom LT1-style hood. Additional features include a refurbished fiberglass body, retractable quad headlights, vented front fenders, removable color-matched Targa tops, Billet Specialties Magneto chrome wheels, and Continental tires.
