This 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Convertible currently offered for sale on Bring a Trailer, combines the C8 generation’s mid-engine architecture with one of the most powerful production powertrains ever fitted to a Corvette. Finished in Competition Yellow Tintcoat with contrasting Edge Red racing stripes, this 3LZ example has covered 698 miles since new and features an extensive collection of performance and comfort equipment.
The C8 ZR1 became the first production Corvette to use twin turbochargers, pairing substantial output with the packaging advantages of its mid-engine configuration. Power comes from a mid-mounted, twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter LT7 V8 featuring a flat-plane crankshaft, supplementary port fuel injection, and CNC-machined intake ports and combustion chambers. With turbocharger boost reaching 20 psi, the engine produces a factory-rated 1,064 horsepower and 828 lb-ft of torque.
Power is delivered exclusively to the rear wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an electronic limited-slip differential. A driver-selectable performance exhaust system further complements the powertrain, allowing the engine’s character to be adjusted according to driving conditions.
The Competition Yellow Tintcoat finish is complemented by Edge Red racing stripes, a power-retractable hardtop, a rear spoiler, and additional rear-fender air intakes. The car rides on staggered 20-inch front and 21-inch rear 20-spoke forged alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin tires. Braking is handled by Brembo carbon-ceramic discs measuring 15.7 inches at the front and 15.4 inches at the rear, supported by Edge Red-finished multi-piston calipers. Magnetic Selective Ride Control and a front-axle lift system with memory settings add further versatility, balancing high-performance capability with practical road use.
The 3LZ cabin features Adrenaline Red leather upholstery, heated and ventilated GT2 bucket seats, carbon-fiber trim, and Torch Red seatbelts. Technology includes a 14-inch configurable digital instrument display, a 6.6-inch auxiliary touchscreen, a 12.7-inch infotainment screen, a head-up display, and a 14-speaker Bose audio system. A Performance Data and Video Recorder is also fitted.
Listed by a seller on behalf of the owner in Monterey, California, the Corvette is accompanied by its window sticker, owner’s manual, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Florida title held in the owner’s LLC name. The original window sticker lists a total vehicle price of $221,765. Potential buyers should note that the Carfax report identifies at least one open recall. General Motors also states that transferring ownership within 12 months of the original October 6, 2025, purchase date will void the vehicle’s warranty for subsequent owners.
