This custom build, completed by CSOC Racing in December 2018, pays homage to the classic styling of the 1963-67 Sting Ray while being based on a 1988 Corvette. Known as “Hammerhead,” a playful nod to the “Mako Shark” nickname of the 1968-1982 Corvette series, the car features custom-crafted front and rear bumpers with chrome side fender extensions, 1963-67 midyear-style door handles, and polished side mirrors.
Ample power is provided by a 5.7L V-8 engine paired to and automatic transmission and power steering and brakes provide ease of driving. The vehicle also boasts custom-crafted front and rear bumpers with chrome side fender extensions, 1963-67 midyear-style door handles, and polished side mirrors.
