FOR SALE: 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray Coupe

Offered with 15k miles by its original owner

The eighth-generation Chevrolet Corvette marked a fundamental shift in the model’s engineering philosophy when it debuted for 2020. By moving the engine behind the passenger compartment, Chevrolet transformed the Corvette’s proportions, improved its weight distribution, and established a new foundation for performance. The Corvette E-Ray took that evolution further, introducing hybrid power and all-wheel drive to the nameplate for the first time.

The example offered on Bring a Trailer combines the C8 platform’s mid-engine architecture with an electrified drivetrain designed to deliver rapid acceleration and enhanced traction without abandoning the Corvette’s traditional V8 character.

At the heart of the E-Ray is Chevrolet’s naturally aspirated 6.2-liter LT2 V8, which produces 495 horsepower and drives the rear wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. An electric motor mounted at the front axle contributes an additional 160 horsepower and 125 lb-ft of torque, drawing energy from a 1.9-kWh lithium-ion battery pack. Combined output reaches 655 horsepower and 595 lb-ft of torque.

Unlike plug-in hybrid sports cars, the E-Ray does not require external charging. Its battery replenishes energy through regenerative braking and the vehicle’s operating systems, while the electric front axle provides on-demand traction. The result is an electronically managed all-wheel-drive configuration that enhances acceleration, stability, and all-weather usability. Chevrolet quotes a 0–60 mph time of 2.5 seconds and a quarter-mile run of 10.5 seconds at 130 mph, placing the E-Ray among the quickest production Corvettes.

Finished in black with Carbon Flash exterior accents, the coupe has been fitted with black-refinished 20-inch front and 21-inch rear forged alloy wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, and Paragon Performance lowering springs. The suspension retains Magnetic Selective Ride Control, while a front-axle lift system helps negotiate steep driveways and other obstacles. Braking is handled by carbon-ceramic rotors at all four corners, paired with Edge Red-painted calipers. Additional modifications include front canards, extended splash guards, wheel spacers, and a Corsa Performance cat-back exhaust system.

The cabin features Jet Black Nappa leather upholstery with Adrenaline Red stitching, heated and ventilated GT2 bucket seats, and a heated steering wheel trimmed in leather and carbon fiber. Technology includes a 12-inch digital instrument display, a head-up display, a Performance Data Recorder, a rear camera mirror, and Chevrolet Infotainment 3 with navigation and smartphone connectivity. A 14-speaker Bose audio system completes the equipment.

The accompanying documentation includes the original window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, spare parts, and two key fobs. The window sticker records an original total retail price of $127,410, with initial delivery through Bayway Chevrolet in Pearland, Texas.
