VIN Numbers

Below are the VIN ranges for the 2013 Corvette cars:

For all 2003 Corvettes in the U.S. and Canada, the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) was stamped on a plate on the inner vertical surface of the left windshield pillar visible through the windshield.

For all 1973 Corvettes, the location of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is stamped on a plate attached to the left front body hinge pillar.

For all 1961 Corvettes, the location of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is stamped on a stainless steel tag and secured to the steering column in the engine compartment.

For all 1991 Corvettes, the Vehicle Identification Number was stamped on a plate on the inner vertical surface of the left windshield pillar visible through the windshield.

For all 1964 Corvettes, the location of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), body style, body number trim and paint combination can be found on the instrument panel brace under the glove box.

The last six digits begin at 100001 and run thru 133992. Early Z06 Corvettes (100001 thru 100162) had a Y engine code. Ending VIN (133992) did not match the total quantity of Corvettes built because 2006 production included 29 non-salable prototypes.

For all 1969 Corvettes, the location of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is stamped on a plate attached to the left front body hinge pillar. (See Figure 1 below.)

For all 1992 Corvettes, the Vehicle Identification Number was stamped on a plate on the inner vertical surface of the left windshield pillar visible through the windshield.

For all 1965 Corvettes, the location of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), body style, body number trim and paint combination can be found on the instrument panel brace under the glove box.

For all 1989 Corvettes, the Vehicle Identification Number was stamped on a plate on the inner vertical surface of the left windshield pillar visible through the windshield.

For all 2001 Corvettes in the U.S. and Canada, the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) was stamped on a plate on the inner vertical surface of the left windshield pillar visible through the windshield. (See Figure below)

For all 1999 Corvettes, the Vehicle Identification Number was stamped on a plate on the inner vertical surface of the left windshield pillar visible through the windshield.

For all 1960 Corvettes, the location of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is located on the driver-side doorpost. The VIN is also stamped on several locations on the Corvette frame.

For all 1957 Corvettes, the location of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is located on the driver-side doorpost. The VIN is also stamped on several locations on the Corvette frame.

For all 1966 Corvettes, the location of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), body style, body number trim, and paint combination can be found on the instrument panel brace under the glove box.

For all 1994 Corvettes, the Vehicle Identification Number was stamped on a plate on the inner vertical surface of the left windshield pillar visible through the windshield.

For all 1979 Corvettes, the location of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is stamped on a plate attached to the left front body hinge pillar.

For all 1955 Corvettes, the location of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is located on the driver-side doorpost. The VIN is also stamped on several locations on the Corvette frame.
