In 2002, a total of 35,767 Corvettes were produced, which was the peak for the C5 models. Production volume was consistent as strong demand continued to drive C5 sales.

Of the cars made, the mix was consistent with prior year. 14,760 were coupes, 12,710 were convertibles and the rest were Z06 models.

The production volumes are broken out by domestic coupe and domestic convertible builds. Don’t be surprised when the total column doesn’t always match the first two columns. It is not a mistake, it is because total column includes domestic coupe, convertible and export quantities too.
