E-Ray vs C8 Z06: How Do They Compare On The Track?

The C8 Corvette is a continuously evolving marvel. Just when enthusiasts were treated to a mid-engine Stingray in 2020, capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in under 3.0 seconds, Chevrolet surpasses itself by introducing another pair of impressive supercars from Kentucky.

First in line is the Z06, the most exhilarating variant of the C8 Corvette. It boasts a 670 hp flat plane crank V8, complemented by an array of performance enhancements that substantially elevate its on-road and on-track capabilities. Then there’s the E-Ray, a first for the Corvette, featuring electric assistance and all-wheel drive, delivering a combined system output of 655 hp.

But which of these two is better all-around on the track? Watch this video from YouTuber EddieX offers us an insight on how these two Corvettes perform on the racetrack.
