Listed on Bring a Trailer, this virtually new 2027 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X 3LZ convertible combines the C8 platform’s most advanced powertrain and chassis technologies with an extensive selection of carbon-fiber performance options. Showing only five miles, the black-over-Adrenaline Red and Jet Black example is equipped with the $13,000 Carbon Fiber Aero Package, $16,000 carbon-fiber wheels, and ZTK Performance Track Package.
The ZR1X is powered by Chevrolet’s twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter LT7 V8, which drives the rear wheels and works with a front-mounted electric motor powered by a 1.9-kWh liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery. Combined output is rated at 1,250 horsepower and 973 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed dual-clutch transaxle and electronic all-wheel-drive system distribute this substantial output across all four wheels, making the ZR1X the first production Corvette to combine a twin-turbocharged engine with electric front-wheel drive.
The Carbon Fiber Aero Package adds a carbon-fiber rear wing, tall hood spoiler, and front dive planes, while the car’s carbon-fiber construction extends to its 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels. Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R tires provide the contact patch, while carbon-ceramic brakes employ Edge Red Alcon 10-piston front and six-piston rear calipers.
The ZTK package brings performance-focused suspension hardware with Magnetic Selective Ride Control. A front-axle lift system with memory settings improves clearance over obstacles, while the power-retractable carbon-fiber hardtop preserves the convertible’s open-air character without abandoning the model’s focus on performance.
Inside, GT2 sport buckets are trimmed in asymmetrical Adrenaline Red and Jet Black leather, complemented by extensive carbon-fiber accents. Heated and ventilated seats, dual-zone climate control, a Bose audio system, and a 12.7-inch Chevrolet Infotainment 3 touchscreen provide everyday functionality. The driver faces a configurable 14-inch digital instrument display, a 6.6-inch auxiliary screen, and a head-up display, with Performance Data and Video Recorder capability adding track-focused functionality.
Revealed in June 2025, the ZR1X represents the most technically ambitious evolution of the C8 Corvette, pairing extreme combustion-engine output with electrified all-wheel drive in a road-going package.
