Finished in Ceramic Matrix Gray Metallic over Jet Black leather and microsuede upholstery
The C7 generation ZR1 is the fourth Chevrolet Corvette to bear the ZR1 badge and it boasted the highest power output ever for a Chevrolet production vehicle, thanks to its supercharged LT5 V8 engine generating 755 HP. Priced at over $120,000 before options, a total of 2,953 ZR1s were manufactured for the 2019 model year, including 2,441 Coupes and 512 Convertibles.
Compared to the standard C7 Corvette Stingray, the ZR1’s bodywork was redesigned in collaboration with Pratt & Miller, the operators of the Corvette Racing motorsport team. This redesign included wider fender flares, a carbon-fiber front splitter, a carbon-fiber “halo” vented hood, and carbon-fiber rocker panel trim. The ZR1 came standard with features such as carbon-ceramic brakes, Magnetic Ride Control suspension, an electronic rear limited-slip differential, and a multi-mode performance exhaust system.
The example you see here today courtesy of Bring A Trailer comes with a number of features that makes this front-engined Corvette’s Swan Song a special machine and could fetch over $200k once the auction closes in 3 days at the time of writing.
