FOR SALE: 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Premiere Edition Coupe

Number 177 of just 500 Premiere Edition coupes produced for the model’s inaugural C7 model year

Listed for sale on Bring a Trailer, this 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is number 177 of just 500 Premiere Edition coupes produced for the model’s inaugural C7 model year. With only 976 miles, the Laguna Blue Tintcoat example combines the limited-edition specification with the desirable Z51 Performance Package, 3LT Preferred Equipment Group, and a seven-speed manual transmission.

The seventh-generation Corvette represented a fundamental engineering departure from its predecessor. Developed under Chief Engineer Tadge Juechter, the C7 carried over virtually nothing from the C6 beyond the cabin air filter and removable-roof rear latch. Its hydroformed aluminum structure, aggressively sculpted bodywork, chassis, suspension, and powertrain were all newly developed, while extensive aerodynamic work gave the Stingray a sharper visual identity and improved airflow management.

At the heart of this example is Chevrolet’s 6.2-lite r LT1 naturally aspirated V8, equipped with the factory performance exhaust and rated at 460 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. Power reaches the rear wheels through a Tremec seven-speed manual gearbox with automatic rev matching and an electronic limited-slip differential. The Z51 package further enhances the C7’s dynamic capability with performance-oriented chassis and braking hardware, Active Handling and all-speed traction control, and four-wheel slotted, ventilated disc brakes.

The Premiere Edition specification was exclusive to Laguna Blue Tintcoat and added distinctive equipment including a vented carbon-fiber hood, transparent removable roof panel, rear spoiler, xenon headlights, power-adjustable mirrors, and quad exhaust outlets. The car rides on 19-inch front and 20-inch rear five-spoke alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin tires.

Inside, the performance-focused cockpit is finished in Brownstone leather and microsuede, with heated and ventilated power-adjustable GT bucket seats. Carbon-fiber trim, a Bose audio system, automatic climate control, keyless entry, MyLink touchscreen infotainment, and a head-up display complement the driver-oriented layout. The instrumentation includes a 205-mph speedometer, digital tachometer, virtual gauges, and configurable center display.

With its exceptionally low mileage, limited 500-unit production status, factory performance equipment, and six-speed-era successor to the C6, this C7 Premiere Edition provides a well-preserved snapshot of Chevrolet’s transition into a substantially more sophisticated generation of Corvette.
