This custom 1966 Chevrolet Corvette convertible, completed in 2023 and now listed on Bring a Trailer, is powered by a Mast Motorsports 6.6-liter L8T V8 paired with a 4L65 four-speed automatic transmission and a Dana 44 rear end.
The fiberglass body was removed and refinished in Silver Lake Blue with PPB Vibrance clear, while the frame was powder-coated black. Exterior details include Detroit Speed electric flip-up headlights, LED taillights, chrome bumpers, a gray Stayfast soft top, a retractable antenna, and a Sweet Thunder side-exit exhaust.
The car rides on a Coffman Corvette 2C chassis with power rack-and-pinion steering, independent front and rear suspension, and adjustable coilovers. Curtis Speed 18-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels are fitted with Nitto tires, and braking comes from four-wheel discs with a Wilwood master cylinder and multi-piston Brembo calipers.
Inside, the raised and sound-deadened floor is lined with German weave carpet, and the cabin is trimmed in white Relicate leather with embroidered Corvette logos. Features include a leather-wrapped dash, LED-lit door panels and rear panel, power windows, Dakota Digital gauges and clock, Bluetooth-capable factory-style radio, and Vintage Air air conditioning.
Additional upgrades include an American Autowire harness, a 30-row transmission cooler, a US Shift controller, and a color-matched Raptor-lined underside. The current owner acquired the car after the build was completed in 2023.
