Today, our top find is a bit suspicious, as it’s not located on a traditional used car lot, but is listed on a site for a company that is a registered broker for Copart. Despite that, our cheapest C8 has a clean title and is the lowest price we’ve seen to date for any C8 with a clean title history–but be warned, it’s a little rough.
One of the more interesting findings from this recent Bargain Hunting installment is the number of C8 Corvettes listed on Autotrader without a clean title, meaning they have some type of branded title, which typically results from a severe accident, theft recovery, or a manufacturer buyback (also known as a lemon). A nationwide Autotrader search for all C8 Corvettes yielded a total of 5,379 units. However, once the search was filtered to show only C8s with a clean title, the total remarkably fell to 2,711.
