Bargain Hunting Heat Check: How Far Have C7 Corvette Prices Dropped?

CorvSport.com finds the Top 5 cheapest C7 Stingrays on Autotrader, and compares them to the same market 8 months ago. Have prices dropped?

How low will we get today?!? Photo Credit: Autotrader

It’s that time again to go Bargain Hunting! This installment will be particularly interesting because it should provide a good illustration of what has happened in the last eight months with the C7 Stingray market. With all the excitement and hype surrounding the eighth-generation ZR1 and ZR1X, and inventory levels increasing on dealer lots, let’s see if the C7 market is nearing a bottom. Like most of our features, this market report is FREE and not behind a paywall. If/when any pop-ups appear, please click to dismiss them and continue enjoying the article.

In today’s episode, we will search the most popular national sales platform, Autotrader, for the cheapest clean-titled C7 Stingrays in the nationwide market. We verify through Autocheck that the title is clean and also weed out C7s with body damage or mechanical issues. And then, that’s when the fun and interesting part begins, because we will show a side-by-side illustration and compare today’s results with our C7 Stingray report from November 14, 2024. How far have prices dropped, if at all?

Why only Autotrader? In my 17 years of experience as a used car dealer, I’ve found that dealers who advertise on Autotrader are usually also listed on Cars.com and CarGurus. Autotrader also attracts the most private sellers among the three platforms. It’s worth noting, we don’t have any affiliation with Autotrader. In addition to our side-by-side comparison, we also have our complete Bargain Hunting archives below today’s list.

Side by Side Illustration: 11/14/2024 Versus 7/25/2025

Where we were and where we are now… Prices have dropped across the board, but look at how much higher the NOW mileage is for every one of today’s Top 5. Notably, four of the five have mileage exceeding 100,000 miles, whereas none of the C7 Stingrays from last November had mileage over 100,000. What a difference eight months makes!
