Just days ago, ZR1-sized ripples began resonating around our community, and not surprisingly, the incredible 2025 Corvette ZR1 took the limelight from the 2026 ZR1X when Paragon Performance released the world’s first dyno runs of this incredible “1,064” HP two-ton beast. Yes, two tons–more on that soon. And there is a reason I put the horsepower in quotes, because it now seems apparent that GM underrated/understated the horsepower figures for the 2025 ZR1. ♦ Paragon’s HP at the crank (adjusted for a 12.5% drivetrain loss): 1,176

Estimated Increase Over GM’s Numbers: 112 HP!

♦ Paragon’s Torque at the crank (adjusted): 960

Estimated Increase Over GM’s Numbers: 132 lb-ft!
